Hello,
I was very interested reading your information. May I ask you some questions. We are soon sailing from the UK to La Coruna, across the Bay of Biscay, with our mini Schnauzer called Ollie. He will have an up to date animal health certificate. This is valid for 10 days from issue. It is possible for this 10 days to be extended if the journey takes longer than 10 days. Also do we need to notify the port before we leave the uk informing us we're arriving with a dog. We intend to visit Spain, Portugal, Greece, mainly for 3 months before leaving out boat in Almeria, and continuing back to the UK by hire car and train.
Lastly we could easily get a pet passport in Spain as we intend to come back next year for a long period.
Any information would be gratefully received.
Regards Ralph Charles.
